OS X 10.11, macOS Sierra (version 10.12) and macOS High Sierra (version 10.13) Supported

OS X 10.11 is the oldest Mac OS X system that we support. All earlier macOS systems are no longer supported. However, software released by IT Services will only be tested on macOS Sierra (version 10.12) or later systems.

The Solution Center will try their best-effort to answer all macOS related questions, but not all questions for OS X 10.10 or eariler may get answered.
